Traci studied Exercise Science at Florida Atlantic University and did graduate work in Physiology. She is certified through the Physical Mind Institute to teach Pilates and the American College of Sport's Medicine as a Health Fitness Specialist. Traci has a martial arts background and has studied and competed in Shaolin Kung Fu. She brings those skills into her Cardio Kickboxing classes and has completed her 200 hour certification to teach Yoga and is registered with Yoga Alliance and currently enrolled in her 300 hour yoga certification. Traci has an online Yoga platform teaching Yin, Restorative and Flow styles. Traci applies a very focused and therapeutic approach to all types of her training. Traci has run her own Pilates studio in the past for 13 years and has 25 years experience teaching Pilates. She loves working with clients of all levels to further their understanding of mind body integration and to show how effective mindful exercise is for maximal long term results.
Traci
