I am from Ohio. I always loved fitness and I have always been physically active including several sports through high school and joined a running club in university. From a young age I was always interested in meditation. I remember reading books on Taoist and Buddhist philosophies and even reading some of the great Hindu scriptures including Gita. This led me to a university out in Iowa called Maharishi International University. Here I studied Ayurveda, and regenerative agriculture. After university I worked in farming and then got my licenses to become a trainer. Training HITT during this time made me realize how much joy I get from helping individuals reach their goals. My Tai Chi was a magical experience. The entitled book, "Magus of Java" is about a Nei gong practitioner that could use his chi to heal people, and even start fires with his chi. Literally after reading this book, I remember closing the book and thought, "wow I wish a master would show themselves to me so I could learn from them". The next day I had my chance to meet my teacher. I started studying with him over two years ago, and to this day I meet with him each Sunday.
